We love to work our magic and make your PC feel like new! Whether it’s a hardware or software fault, we can fix the issue, usually in the first visit. Sometimes we have to take your PC away for more in-depth repairs or for Windows recoveries/re-installations, we’ll deliver it back to you quickly and shiny with all PC’s cleaned inside and out!

If a new part is required, we’ll order it in, most items are received the next day so you won’t be waiting for long. We don’t hold stock, because prices fluctuate on a daily basis you’ll pay the current rate, not out of date pricing on out of date stock!

Windows Recovery

Re-installation of Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7. All Service Packs and updates installed. Software Pack and internet security installed. PC collected and delivered back, printer, internet, webcams etc. connected and tested.

Data Back-up

Data backed up and restored after recovery, even if your PC can't open in to Windows! (Add to Windows Recovery price)

Health Check

We'll scan, update, poke and prod & give it a polish to ensure your PC is running at optimal performance!

Virus Removal

Horrible, nasty things make computing miserable! We've got a number of tools to extract and banish those critters. Then we'll health check your PC. If we can't remove the virus, we'll recover Windows at no extra charge.

File Recovery

If you've lost a file, deleted it by mistake, corrupted memory stick or card, unreadable CD/DVD, iPod crashed or emails unreadable, we've got it covered with great success rates.

Data Erase

Disposing of your hard drive? or recycling your PC? Ensure your data is completely and securely wiped.

Unlock

Forgotten your Windows password! We can reset it and have you up & running in no time.

Laptops

Laptops are a little bit more tricky, there’s a lot of small parts in a confined space, think of them as a sealed unit. We don’t mind fixing them, but we need a little more time, usually 7 days turnaround.

Software repairs are based on our standard times & pricing, please see above.

Hardware repairs are charged at £30 for our diagnostic fee, we’ll then give you a quote for the work which includes the diagnostic fee, if you’re happy for us to proceed you’ll pay the price quoted, or if you decide against the repair you’ll just pay the diagnostic fee.

Why do we charge this fee?

Most laptop repairs require the laptop to be disassembled to find the fault, this takes a lot of time and skill, our charge covers the time taken to do this whether you decide to accept the repair or not.
